Returns & Exchanges

We at PJs Sleep & Home strive for total customer satisfaction. We make every effort to work together with our customers to make each purchase a positive experience. Our shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse. Please check your order at the time of delivery. If damage occurs in transit, contact us immediately. If you discover any defects in manufacturing contact us within five days of your shipment.

Our shipping department is open Monday – Friday, 8:30 am to 4:00 pm PST.

In the event you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the unused item in its original packaging within 30 days (*mattresses can be exchanged not returned). Proof of purchase is required for a refund along with a return authorization form. Upon return, your item will be inspected, and exchanges, credits, and refunds will be issued for the purchase price only. Any taxes charged will be refunded by state laws. Shipping charges are non-refundable except for damaged or defective merchandise. Restocking fees may apply.

We cannot accept returns/exchanges on used bedding. This includes Mattresses*, linens, pillows, comforters, and toppers.

There are NO EXCHANGE or RETURNS on sale items or special-order items.

Finish and Color

Computer monitors have limitations, and reproducing finishes and colors on the internet is difficult. We have gone to great lengths to reproduce the finishes and colors as accurately as possible. We cannot guarantee that finishes and color displayed on the website will exactly match the color of the product.

30-Night Mattress Comfort Guarantee

Within 30 nights if you are not comfortable, you have a one-time-only option to exchange your mattress for a mattress of equal or higher value. Mattress sets must be in clean and perfect condition with all law labels attached for this policy to apply. If your mattress set is too high or too low, you are not covered under this exchange policy. In the event of an exchange, the customer is responsible for all transportation charges. Credit will not be given for any difference in price. The customer is responsible for any amount over the original purchase price. Floor models and special orders are not eligible for a comfort exchange.

 

Cancellation Policy

If you have placed an order that you wish to change or cancel, please contact Customer Service at 323-605-0255, Monday – Friday and 8:30 am – 4:00 pm PST. If your order has shipped, you will receive a full refund for the value of the merchandise once it has been returned to our warehouse. Shipping and handling will not be refunded.
